The Ginger Rogers is a Hendricks based cocktail with similarities to a Moscow Mule. We first line the glass with mint, which creates an aromatic quality to the drink. Then we use Top Hat Ginger Beer and Peychauds bitters to finish. Peychauds is comparable to Angostura bitters, but with a lighter body, sweeter taste, and more floral aroma. Hendricks is made with many botanicals and then most notably, cucumber. All of the above paired with Top Hat Ginger Beer makes for a great drink!
Hendricks Gin: 1.5oz
Top Hat Ginger Beer Concentrate: 1.25oz
Club Soda: 3oz
Peychauds Bitters: 2-3 dashes
Garnish: Mint Sprig
Line Collins glass with 8 leaves of fresh mint & fill with ice. Measure 1.25oz of Hendricks gin and measure in Top Hat Ginger Beer Concentrate, fill with Club Soda. Top with 2-3 dashes of Peychauds bitters, garnish with fresh mint sprig.
